Creator Account Recovery & Support Policy 1. Service Scope This service is designed to assist creators on subscription-based platforms like OnlyFans, Patreon, and Substack with account reinstatement and compliance consulting. The scope includes: Drafting and submitting appeal letters. Conducting compliance audits of platform activity and content. Providing marketing strategies to rebuild subscriber bases post-reinstatement. The service does not guarantee account reinstatement, as the final decision lies solely with the platform. 2. Refund Policy The service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the expertise, time, and resources dedicated to the appeal process, compliance audit, and strategy development. If the client decides to discontinue the service after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information about the circumstances leading to the account issue, including relevant documentation and communications with the platform. Clients are responsible for implementing the recommendations provided during the compliance audit and marketing consultation. 4. Confidentiality All client information, including account details, communications, and subscriber data, is handled with strict confidentiality. Information will not be shared or disclosed without prior written consent. 5.
